Anne Campbell Anne was MP for Cambridge from 1997 until 2005 and is now Head of the Cambridge and Peterborough NHS Mental Health Trust. She is a statistician by training and lectured at Anglia Polytechnic University (now Anglia Ruskin University) before joining the National Institute of Agricultural Botany.
